KINETIC PCD shoulder milling tool
Based on the K-mill system, Preziss presents a new shoulder milling tool with indexable inserts. The Kinetic achieves, at least, the same performance as the traditional brazed milling tools, while providing two great improvements that customers appreciate:
· Using inserts results in a cost saving, the tool does not need to be regenerated. Besides, the inserts are reversible and each of them can be used for both sides.
· The axial adjustment of the frontal inserts allows to eliminate the axial differences between them, achieving better quality and extend the tool life.
